An Important Update
To all of our customers,
It is with genuine sadness that we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our Amanita range.
From the very beginning, our interest in Amanita mushrooms has come from a place of curiosity, respect and passion. We’ve invested countless hours researching their history, traditional use and chemistry, and we’ve been incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us and shared that interest along the way.
Unfortunately, the payment processing landscape has changed significantly. Despite operating transparently and doing our best to comply with the requirements placed upon us, changes in merchant acquiring policies and card scheme risk assessments have made it increasingly difficult for businesses in this sector to accept card payments.
Over time, this has resulted in the closure of multiple payment processing facilities and has created an unsustainable situation for the business. As the director, I have also had to consider the wider impact these issues could have on my other businesses, banking relationships and my ability to continue serving customers across our broader product range.
This has not been an easy decision. It is one we have reached reluctantly after carefully weighing our passion for these products against the long-term stability of the business.
Final Stock Clearance
Before we close this chapter, we will be offering our remaining Amanita stock at heavily discounted prices until it has all been sold.
Due to the loss of our card payment facilities, we are unfortunately no longer able to accept debit or credit card payments for these products. During this clearance period, payment will only be available via KLYME Banking Payments or by direct BACS bank transfer.
We appreciate that this may be less convenient, but it is currently the only payment method available to us for these products, and we sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support.
We would like to thank every customer who has supported us over the years. Your enthusiasm, feedback and interest have meant a great deal, and we are proud to have been part of such a knowledgeable and respectful community.
While this chapter is coming to an end, our commitment to quality fungi, education and innovation certainly is not. We look forward to continuing our journey through the many other fascinating species that the fungal world has to offer.
Thank you for your understanding and for being part of our journey.
